Alan Wilzig was the inspiration for the Wolf of Wall Street film, and Wilzig was played by Leonardo DiCaprio. Wilzig decided to put this Tribeca townhouse on the market for $44 million in 2014. It did not sell, and by 2018, Wilzig dropped the price down to $18.75 million.

Charming Forge Mansion can be found in Womelsdorf Berks County in Pennsylvania and was built in the 1700s. The seven bedroom, four bathroom mansion was originally located on an iron forge and was used as the ironmaster’s home and office. The estate was restored in 1994.
