Lauren and David Perkins, a couple from Houston, Texas, are a married couple who struggled for a long time with fertility issues. It was only after a holiday with friends that they decided to try artificial insemination, in the hopes of having one baby and another a few years later. While they were able to successfully conceive after fertility treatment, the outcome of the ultrasound, while welcomed wholeheartedly by the couple, was certainly not what they had initially had in mind!
