Clowning Around
The Simpsons star known as Krusty the Clown was a beloved character while on the show. His hair was a staple and a huge part of his identity, making it hard not to recognize him. The famous clown was an obvious influence on this man, the only difference being Krusty’s hair is an iconic green. The only thing he needs is the purple shirt and green pants, and he could star as the character himself in a live action movie.

Tickle Me Elmo
The Sesame Street character and beloved icon, Elmo, first appeared in the mainstream in 1972. The red fur ball, apart from Mickey, is one of the most recognized character to this day. A few have opted for a tattoo or T-shirt to show their love for the Muppet, while this woman landed on the grand idea to get his entire body placed on top of her head. Not sure how effective this version will be as a functional puppet.
