Tori Spelling’s Encinito Home, $2.5 Million
Tori Spelling featured this Encinito house in her reality show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood. It was filmed from 2007 until 2011, but once the show went off air, Spelling sold the home for $2.5 million to L.A. Galaxy player Jermaine Jones. It was then re-listed in 2017 for $4.5 million after Jones made a lot of changes to the house.
