Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom
The Jurassic franchise is quite a hotly debated franchise. Some people love it, and some people love to hate it, especially since Colin Trevorrow has been in charge. However, nobody can deny the absolutely pause-worthy opening seen of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom featuring the Mosasaurus swallowing the entire submarine, just after one of the men on it said “relax, anything in here would be dead by now.” Yikes!

There are so many pause-worthy scenes in this classic film, but one of our most-paused scenes is the one when the great white shark attacks the boat carrying Quint, Hooper, and Brody. As the boat begins to capsize, we see Quint fall right into the shark’s open mouth. We almost never expect to lose a main character like that.
